Uh...well...there's not much to report.  My mom could go into labor at anytime (that's a biggy) but other than that...Thanksgiving dinner was yummy.  School is...school.  And my dad and brother both took first place in the martial arts competition last week!!!

I have been allowed computer time (I just haven't been on LJ recently.  SORRY ALL) But, as I've said before, I do have a facebook which I check as often as I can.  And I have a bebo (if anyone's heard of it) that I go on...well, probably more than facebook lol.  My birthday's comming up in about a month!  17 WOO HOO!!!

My Sunday School class is making a documentary about what people feel is the meaning of Christmas--we are hoping to post it up on Godtube so you all can see it :)

I think that's just about it for now.  HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY to everyone I've missed :)

Oh, and I have fallen in love with the show PUSHING DAISIES.

I'm on LJ just for today because I'm visiting my family and kinda being a techno moocher lol.  IDK how long I'll be on or when I'll be on again, so I figur ed I'd give yall a little update on what's been going on with me.

For starters, I'm now a senior in high school and loving every minute of it (except those minutes spent in Trig because I deplore that subject)
Um...I made it to the top 5 in the school talentshow but didn't win
I now have a facebook...please add me... facebook is accessable at school so that's a good thing :)
hopefully I'll be getting the internet soon
Oh, and I'll be launching a website sometime this year as my senior project.  It'll be called United In Truth and it's an online Christian community. I'm doing it because Ifeel that it's really important that we as Christians can have a place to share and grow in the Lord and just to learn more about His truth.  Check it out...it'll be up as soon as I have the internet up
So yeah :)

So here's the thing-

Right now, I'm using my mom's mom's computer.  This is the only time I can be on LJ because at my other grandparents' house, I'm not allowed.  And my own parents are currently in the process of deciding whether or not they should get a computer.

I start school again on Wednesday, though, and hopefully I can get to LJ from the school computers.  If now... well, that would suck for me.  If so... and I REALLY hope so, then that would be very good.

However, on my profile there are other ways of contacting me.  I would really like to keep up with my LJ friends.  Well, just thought I'd let you all know that.

If you want to, the best way to contact me is through text messeging.  95% of the time, I'll respond quickly.  It's on my profile.  Or through email but I can only go on at school during lunch or if we have like a studyhall period.

Yeah.  Well, hopefully I'll get to talk to you all soon.

I finished Deathly Hallows on Tuesday (and I don't want to spoil it for anyone) but I have to post this-

I would like to pay tribute to 7 of the couragous people that lost their lives in Harry's final stand against Voldimort.
It was a war, but their deaths were still a tragic blow to me--it just goes to show you that life is precious and you shouldn't be afraid of what's around thecorner.  The roses are waiting for you to stop and take in their beauty.

JK Rowling said on an interview today that death isthe cenral theme of the books as well as the characters' attitudes toward it.
These people and many others didn't fear death, they fought for what is right and good and weren't thinking about the cost.
The onlysad thing is that Lupin and Tonks probably died side-by-side, fighting together.  At least they had a happy life.

If you could rename yourself in real life, what would you choose, and why?

I would change it to Kelsi because it means brave and I'm not too brave.
Either that or Calla because I like the way it sounds.

So HP7 is released tomorrow and I am totally excited!!!  I can't for Harry to vanquish Voldimort.  And, I need to know how Tonks and Lupin will turn out :)
